I’m Special That I Can’t Lose Weight

Yes, it’s possible but not likely that your situation is unique, that your circumstance is one-of-a-kind, and that it is impossible for you to lose weight.

It’s unlikely that your issue is so perfect that there’s nothing that can help you. It is possible, but it is unlikely. It is an excuse to give to your family and friends, why you don’t do anything about your weight. It is what you think is a way out from actually changing your current habits.

However, in the long run this excuse hurts everyone. It hurts you, because it will eventually affect your health. It hurts your family and friends because they have to watch you go through it.

Don’t be so special that you can’t lose weight. Be special that you succeed at losing weight and keep it off.

However, the first step is accepting that the problem isn’t that special and then figuring out what is needed to do it make weight loss happen so that we can become one of the special people that has weight loss success.

I Want to Lose Weight Now

Do you ever feel that you really want to lose weight, but can’t? I am always talking to people that tell me how hard they work at losing weight but can’t. The problem is what they aren’t telling me. The things that they choose to forget about and the things they may not realize that they are doing.

If we want to lose weight, we need to know the effects of everything we do on our body. We need to know how our body reacts to certain foods. We need to learn what food portions our body should have of certain foods given our activity level. If your activity level is higher than your calorie intake, the weight will come off. If not, the weight won’t come off.

Do you want to lose weight? Don’t get mad, get busy monitoring your weight, learn how your body works, and let’s get it done.

Just say “NO!” Learn This and Lose Weight

I was running with a group of marathon runners the other day, when one of them said to me that she had a problem in saying “NO” to food. She said that the only reason she was able to stay thin is because she runs 10-12 miles a few times a week. She mentioned that one of the other marathon runners had no problem saying, “NO!” That lead me to think. If you want to lose weight you need to learn to say, “NO!”

You need to say “NO” to seconds at mealtime. You need to say “NO” to high-calorie deserts most of the time, or you need to say “NO” to anything but a very small portion of desert. You need to say “NO” to anything that tries to take you away from your exercise routine. You need to say “NO” to high-calorie snacks most of the time.

If you want to lose weight and keep it off for a lifetime, you will need to learn to just say “NO!”

Fall is a great time to do it. The nature is changing, and you can change too. Just shrink not grow. Fall is the perfect opportunity to do it. It is the opportunity to get more exercise. It can be the opportunity to start wearing the clothes you want to wear.

Weight Loss Success : Weight Loss Choice

People tell me all the time that they can’t lose weight. However, what they don’t realize is that weight-loss success is a choice. Weight loss is their choice. The key is that they have to choose to do it and stop complaining that they can’t. It is not that they can’t lose weight. It is that they choose not to do what it takes to make it happen.

The concept of losing weight is simple (you take in less calories than you burn). However, it may not always be easy. It’s all how you perceive it. The choice you make to lose weight does not stop there. Losing weight is full of choices and with those choices come trade-offs. Do you sit on the sofa after dinner or go for a walk? Do you go up for seconds at dinnertime? Do you eat a scoop of ice cream or a bowl?

Choices are made everyday. Each choice will either move you towards your goals or away for your goals. Make the right choices and you lose weight. Make the wrong choices and you gain it.

Therefore, it is important to choose wisely, choose often, and let’s get it done.

Vision and Lose the Weight

One of the keys to losing weight is belief. If you want to lose weight, you first must believe that you can do it. One of the ways to get belief is to catch a vision of a thinner you. A vision of a thinner you and the belief that you can do it will help drive you to weight-loss success. Having the belief that you can become thinner is powerful. Having an image of where you want to be, is mandatory. They will help to guide your daily decisions allowing you to reach your weight-loss potential. When you have an image of where you want to be, your brain will subconsciously help you turn it into reality. It will help you to develop the right motivation. It will help give you a positive attitude towards weight loss because it will take you to your image.

When you finally reach the image, you created for yourself, it will bring you inner joy that you accomplished what you set out to do.

Finally, before weight loss can happen, we need to catch the vision, get the belief, take action and lose the weight.

Losing weight is one of the best things that any overweight person can do for themselves. However, it is also important to get the right nutrition. This includes getting the right amount protein. If you exercise and are losing weight, there is a chance that you are losing some muscle mass. This is why it is important to make sure that you are taking in enough protein.

It is also important that you intake other vital nutrients. First, it is important to get your nutrients by eating healthier. It is also a good idea to get additional nutrients through vitamin and protein supplements. The key is to make sure that you have the right balance between healthy foods, and supplements without overdoing the supplements. This balance will be different for everyone depending on body makeup, weight, and activity level. The more activity for instance the more nutrients your body needs.

It is a good idea to consult a nutritionist or doctor before taking on this task.

Remember that the harder you exercise, the more nutrients your body will require.

Can Weight Affect Your Attitude?

Can your weight affect your attitude? The answer is yes. If you are overweight, your weight can (not will) affect your overall attitude. Here are a couple of reasons why?
• Pain tends to make people quick tempered. If you’re overweight and have bad knees, a bad hip, you have a bad back. The pain could be making you quick tempered.
• When you can’t do something or have a harder time doing it because you are overweight, frustration can set in affecting your attitude.
• At times your weight could cause you to be self conscious affecting your attitude.
