Do you deserve a healthy future? There is an old saying that holds true with respect to your health, and it goes like this, “You don’t always get what you want, but you usually get what you deserve.” If you are overweight, if you don’t exercise, you are abusing your body. Now, with that said, you may want good health, but do you truly deserve it? This may sound a little harsh, but often times we need to hear the truth, so that we can move forward in a positive way. Also, the good news is that we can earn a better future if we make a decision and follow through on lowering our weight.

Here are a few things that you can do to merit a healthier tomorrow:

* Lower the quantity of food you eat
* Eat more fruit and vegetables
* Make exercise a number one priority
* Drink less alcoholic drinks
* Take a healthy lunch to work
* Reduce or eliminate surgery sodas
* Lower your junk food intake
* Lower your weight
* Avoid skipping meals
* Avoid going up for seconds

So, if you keep your weight down then there is a better chance that you will have and justify a less painful future then someone that does not.
