Make Time to Exercise
Get up an hour earlier every morning that is what I do. It is easier than it seems. Go to bed an hour earlier. If you work out in the morning you are more likely to be able to get a work out in without being interrupted. It also helps to get you going in the morning.
Miss that hour of television at night. Television is one of the causes in the rise in obesity. It has caused us to live lifestyles of being content and lazy. One solution is to get up and turn it off. If you do not want to miss a show then exercise during it. My mother-in-law who is fairly healthy in her 90s used to ride the exercise bike while watching the Wheel of Fortune.

Use your lunch breaks at work in some exercise. Instead of going out to lunch, why not bring your lunch and go for a walk.
Do whatever it takes. Your life and health depend on it.
