You Can Still Drink Sweet Beverages and Lose Weight

Like most people, I like sweet tasting beverages. However, I also don’t want to consume many calories from those drinks. Therefore, I have found a way to do both. Besides drinking water, my drink of choice, I also drink diet soda and low calorie fitness drinks. Now, there has been lots of bad press about losing weight and diet soda, but I drink one or two a day, and it did not stop me from losing 50 pounds in four months and keeping it off of five years (and counting). I also like low or no calorie fitness drinks because they contain vitamins, they taste good, and they can help increase your metabolism.
