Replacing some of the junk food you eat with more fruits, vegetables and nuts will not only keep you from getting hungry, but will also give you more energy, and allow you to lose the weight you desire. Therefore, if you want to lose weight, replace some (not all) of the junk food that you eat with more fruits, vegetables and nuts, and watch the weight come off.
