6. Control Your Surroundings to Control Your Weight
Another way to cut calories is to control your surroundings. This means:

  • Keeping away from all-you-can-eat restaurants.
  • Controlling what foods you have in your kitchen.
  • This means keeping healthier foods in the house to pick from.
  • This means picking the right restaurants to eat at.
  • Not eating too much junk food at parties
  • If you can control your surroundings, you can control your weight.
