Don’t Skip Meals to Lose Weight

Skipping meals is not a good idea if you want to lose weight. Missing meals does a few things that are counter-productive to the weight loss process.

Skipping meals:

  • Lowers your energy level.
  • May force you to make bad choices when you do eat.
  • Can force you to eat more when you do eat.
  • Lowers your metabolism so that anything you do eat is stored as fat.
  • So if you want to lose weight and keep it off, don’t skip any meals.
