Wake-up – Workout – Lose Weight

After a long day of work, exercising is the last thing on most people’s mind. Sitting on the couch for the rest of the evening watching TV seams like a better idea. The answer is simple, if you don’t want to exercise after work, get up a bit earlier and do a 25-minute cardio workout. It will really get you going in the morning, and things won’t come up to get in the way. Furthermore, as I mentioned last week, get an exercise ball and relax while doing some simple exercises while watching TV.
