What Is The Difference Between Weight Loss and Fat Loss?

Although most people think weight loss and fat loss as the same thing, they are different.

Fat loss is where you lose excess fat, giving you a slim and tone body. This takes time, takes discipline, and work.

Weight loss is the lowering of your body weight. This is what the scale reads. The difference is this. When talking about weight loss the loss can come from fat, muscle, or water.

No matter what your goal is, it can only be attained by eating healthier and staying on a good exercise routine. Don’t ever give up. You can do it.
