Useful Weight Loss Tips to Help You Shed the Pounds

I have assembled a few useful weight loss tips that can help you lose weight and keep it off.

Portion Control Your Snacks

When snaking, take a napkin, leave it folded, and put enough to fill 75% of your napkin. This will allow you to enjoy a snack and not destroy your weight loss endeavor.

Keep Your Weight-Loss Goals in Front of you

Write your weight-loss goals on the bathroom mirror with a dry eraser marker. Post your weight-loss goals on the refrigerator and snack cabinet. Keep them in front of you all day.

Keep Healthy Snacks in the Car

Keep single portion, healthy snacks in the car. This will keep you from the fast-food restaurants.

Use Lots of Spices

There are many spices out there that can add great taste to foods without the calories. Weight-loss food does not have to be bland.

Buy New Clothes

Weight loss can be fun. As you shed the weight, go out and buy new clothes. It will add to your motivation as you start to see yourself looking good in those new clothes.

Forgive Yourself

Everyone makes mistakes. When I was in the weight-loss process, I had days that I blew it. I beat myself up for a few minutes and then found the lesson in that mistake so that I did not do it again.
