Ask Yourself a Few Questions to Lose Weight

When I was in the weight-loss process, I asked myself many questions daily. I will share a few of them with you.

  • Is what I am about to eat bringing me towards or away from my weight-loss goals?
  • Is sitting on the sofa after dinner moving me towards or away from my weight-loss goals?
  • Am I eating because I am hungry or just bored?
  • Does my body need what I am about to eat? Is it good for my body?
  • If you ask yourself these questions, and honestly answer them, and act accordingly, you can lose the weight you desire.
