    1. I believe that avoiding refined foods is the first step to help lose weight. They might taste great, but highly processed foods possess very little nutritional value, making you take in more only to have enough electricity to get throughout the day. If you’re constantly having these foods, changing to grain and other complex carbohydrates will assist you to have more electricity while eating less. Great blog post.
