Be Disappointed and Lose Weight

Anyone who has lost weight, including myself will tell you that they have had ups and downs during the weight loss process. They will tell you that they had disappointments. However, they will also tell you that they worked through them. Weight loss winners will work at it until they succeed. Weight loss winners never quit. Weight loss winners are persistent.

It is not the disappointment that will keep us from losing weight. It is how we handle the disappointment that will determine our success or failure. Will we quit or will we use the disappointment as extra motivation? Will it upset us or piss us off to the point of working harder at it? Will we feel sorry for ourselves, or will we be more determined?

I am not saying that you should never let it get you down. Just keep it short-term and never be down and out.
