How to Eliminate Your Running Injuries

I love to run. Running is a passion of mine. However, over the past year, I have been plagued with injuries on and off. What I learned was that I needed to change my technique. Running was not the problem, but how I ran was. My stride, how I landed, and the positioning of my upper body had to change. Once I changed them, all of my injuries went away and have not come back. A running buddy of mine turned me on to a video that changed everything. It is a technique called Efficient Running. You may want to check out the videos below by Jeff Grant.
