Enjoy Your Food and Lose Weight

There is a myth that you must eat bad tasting foods if you want to lose weight. There is also a myth that you need to starve yourself if you want to lose weight. These are far from the truth. The truth is that you have to eat differently. The truth is that you need to add some healthy foods to your food intake. However, it does not have to taste bad. There is something revolutionary call spices (lol). Spices can do wonders to add flavor to healthy foods. Imagine good-tasting food that is good for you. The key is to use spices correctly. Find recipes that are healthy and flavorful. I am sure that you can find many on the Internet.

If you have some foods that you absolutely don’t want to give up, then don’t. Just reduce your portion sizes when eating them. This will make you feel better about making other healthier choices.

You can enjoy food and still lose weight. You just have to be smart about it and be mindful of how you do it.
