We Have To Work At It To Lose Weight

Shedding weight is just not about wanting to do it, and then it happens by magic. If we want to shed weight, we have to work at it. We have to put the resources of time and energy into making it happen. We have to keep at it until we succeed.

Where we fail at losing weight is when we are afraid to do what we need to do to make it happen. When we look at the effort involved in losing weight, decide that it’s more than we want to do, and then make excuses why we can’t do it.

Most things that are truly worth having are things that we work for. Therefore, let’s work at losing weight and let’s get started today.
