Will you ask everyone for their advice, or will you pick what’s right for you in the long run? How will you lose weight? Losing weight is a personal decision. How you lose it is also a personal decision. There are many ways to lose weight. However, there may be only one way that you are willing to live with long term. Identify that option and that will be your method for long-term weight loss.
