However, you don’t have to make it complicated. Sometimes large changes need to be made. Other times it is just a few small changes that need to be made. Either way, changes need to be made. Einstein said, “Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.” Change is required to lose weight and keep it off. If you want to lose weight get back to the basics, make the changes necessary to make it happen and get the results you deserve.
