Over the years, people have forgotten this concept. However, if we want to lose weight, we need to embrace and live this concept. Moderation is one of the keys to weight loss. Gluttony is the key to weight gain. Moderation to lose weight means balancing the foods you love with healthy foods.

Moderation means a reasonable portion size so that weight loss happens. Moderation means a scoop of ice cream not a bowl. Moderation equals weight loss. My mother-in-law, who lived to the age of 96 years old, was active and mobile until the end. She lived the rule of moderation and lived a long healthy life. If you want to lose weight and keep it off, listen to Apollo and remember to always have moderation with your eating.
