When we are losing weight consistently we take it for granted. We then start to take these results as expectations. However, when weight loss does not happen as fast as expected or when it stops we start to adopt a doom and gloom attitude.

This is not a time to develop this attitude. This is the time to realize that you have lost some weight and can lose more. It is the time to tweak some things so that you can succeed. A lull does not mean defeat. It means a rethink. It means taking one small adjustment after another until you get the results you desire.
