Make Your Own Salad Dressing – Weight Loss Tip

Bottled dressings can be a calorie nightmare. Two tablespoons of blue cheese dressing contain about 140 calories along with 14 grams of fat. An alternative is to mix your own dressing together. Mix two parts lemon juice to one part olive oil. Put your dressing into a spray bottle and spray on your salad for better portion control.
