Time Is Not Made It Is Prioritized

People tell me all the time that they don’t have time to lose weight. Putting less food in their mouth actually would save them time. Yes, exercise takes time. However, weight-related health issues also take time. Extra doctors’ visits take time. Running to the pharmacy, takes time.

For most people, time is not the issue, how they choose to spend their time is. What they set as their priorities set their direction and their future. Setting their health as a priority sets in motion a healthier future. Setting other things ahead of their health, sets in motion a future that may not be healthy, a future that may be consumed with time wasted health issues.

Therefore, if you want to be in control of your time, do what needs to be done to stay healthy. Otherwise, your health issues will control you and your time.

Remember, spending a little time now can save lots of time later.
