Do I like weight loss pills? The answer is no. Why you may be asking? First of all, in the past, some weight loss pills have proven themselves over time to be more harmful than helpful. Many new pills on the market just don’t have a track record. They don’t have a history. Everyone’s bodies are different and how individuals will react to them will vary.

Additionally, weight loss is an education. Therefore, if you take pills, you don’t learn anything. You don’t learn what you can eat and in what portion sizes. You don’t learn about balance. Lastly, you don’t learn about how to manage your hunger.

If you truly want to lose weight, avoid the gimmicks, avoid the pills, and get started.
