Good Habits and Bad Habits

A lot of time goes into talking about bad habits that need to be broken, if you want to lose weight. However, if you don’t get good new habits to replace them, the old habits will return.

Here are some good habits you may want to consider:

  •  Pick a few days and times you will exercise and don’t let anything into those time slots.
  • Make it a habit of planning meals a week ahead. This will keep you from making bad impulsive choices.
  • Make it a habit of eating more low-calorie snacks than high-calorie ones.
  • Make it a habit of looking for ways to add more physical activities to your day.
  • Make it a habit of being mindful of what you eat.

If you can create healthier habits, you can lose weight for a lifetime.
