Be Consistent in Our Actions

If we want to lose weight, we will need to be consistent in our actions. This does not mean that we have to be perfect; however, we do need to be consistent.

  • We need to exercise regularly.
  • We need to eat healthier, most of the time.
  • We need to keep our goal in front of us and be mindful of our choices.
  • We need to check our progress regularly and make adjustments where necessary.
  • If we can do this, we can drop down to the weight we desire.
