  • Reduce Calories
  • Reducing calories will help you lose weight and burn fat quickly.

  • Reduce Carbs
  • Unused carbs turn into fat. Therefore, if you want to lose weight, reduce your carb intake.

  • Exercise More
  • Exercise can cause you to burn more calories. It helps also to build lean muscle mass, which helps to increase your metabolism and therefore burns calories while you sleep.

    Bananas

    This fruit contains glucose, fructose, sucrose, and fiber. Bananas will give you energy. This is one of my fruits of choice.

    Benefits of eating Bananas include:

  • Helps your eyesight
  • Reduces blood pressure
  • Can reduce heartburn
  • Can eliminate morning sickness
  • Stop ulcers from forming
  • Lower risk of stroke
  • Oranges

    Oranges are great for weight loss and contain no cholesterol. Oranges contains vitamins C, A, and B1, fiber, calcium, and potassium.

    Benefits of eating oranges Include:

  • Can help prevent certain kinds of cancer
  • Reduce changes of kidney stones
  • Help you to have healthy tissue
  • Help to keep the body from getting viral infections
  • Helps to keep you from getting arthritis
  • Helps you to have strong bones & teeth
  • Helps to reduce blood pressure
  • Helps your cardiovascular system
  • Oranges help you to lose weight because they are low in calories and are high in fiber.

    Apples

    Apples have been shown to help people lose weight quickly.

    Benefits of eating apples include:

  • Helps to make bones stronger
  • Help to lower asthma
  • Help to stop Alzheimer’s disease
  • Help to reduce cholesterol
  • Helps top prevents certain types of cancers
  • Apples are great for reducing your body fat. Apples contain good carbs and are high in fiber.

    Pears

    Pears are high in fiber. Pears also contain high amounts of vitamins A, B1, B2, C, E, folic acid, and niacin.

    Watch Your Muscles – Protein and Exercise – Fitness Tip

    One of the things that you need to do if you want to lose weight is to watch your muscles. I am not going to talk about being vain. However, I am going to talk about guarding your muscle mass. Muscle helps burn fat. You must understand this to get the maximum fat-burning effect. Therefore, you must guard your muscle mass to help you get weight-loss success.

    How can you do this you ask? It is important to eat an adequate amount of protein every day. If you are losing weight and don’t have enough protein, your muscles shrink, which can be bad for burning fat.

    Another good thing about protein is that it doesn’t spike your blood sugar like other foods, and it doesn’t get stored as fat.

    Additionally, exercising is important for turning protein into muscle, which keeps your muscle mass up for maximum fat-burning potential.

    Therefore, if you want to maximize your weight loss, eat protein, exercise and watch your muscles.

    Get The Right Nutrients To Become Thinner

    One reason that people become overweight is because of bad nutrition. It is the accumulation of many years of bad eating that causes depletions of vitamins and minerals and keeps them from having a healthy metabolism.

    Therefore, once you are depleted, your body’s ability to burn fat and metabolize carbohydrates stops because it lacks the resources to do the job. The result is that you gain weight every time you eat.
    In addition, if you want to succeed in losing weight, it may not be a bad idea to start restoring the right nutrition to your body so it will have everything that it needs to run optimally and to metabolize fat.
