As you go about your day spend a few minutes writing down (tracking) what you are doing, Also, track when you are doing it, and how long you are doing it. After a week of tracking your activity, sit down and review it for wasted time. Eliminate that time wasting activities replace them with exercise time.

Repetition is a key to weight loss and fitness. You need to exercise constantly in order for it to become a habit. The hardest part is taking the first step. This went back to yesterday’s tip. Once you make your health and fitness a priority then repetition and turning it into a habit is easy. Furthermore, if you can find an exercise you enjoy, you will be more willing to include it in your daily activities.

Prioritize your exercise routine. Make it more important than everything else, like watching television. Those other things can wait but your health can’t. I see it all the time. People can always make the time for what they perceive as fun activities but rarely have time for something as important as their health. It takes big motivation to kick yourself in the butt and workout. If want to be fitter, trimmer, and healthier you will need to make exercise a high priority in your life.
