Clean Eating To Get Leaner – Natural Way To Lose Weight

Have you ever heard of clean eating or eating clean? What does it mean? It is all about eating more natural foods. They are foods that are not processed. They are foods don’t have unreadable labels. They are foods that are not full of salt (sodium) and bad fats. If you want to lose weight, then you should increase your clean eating.

If you can eat clean for two meals, you will lose weight and keep it off. Clean eating means eating vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, and grains as the main foods for your meals. For example, for lunch, you could find me eating an apple and some nuts, or an apple and a banana, etc…..

I am not saying you have to turn into a vegetarian. I am far from one. However, if you can eat cleaner at least one or two meals, a day, and add some of these things to other the meals, you will lose weight. This is because when you eat more natural foods, your body can process and digest them better.

Avoid vegetables in a can when possible. If you want corn, eat fresh corn, not canned corn. Try to start eating natural foods at least one meal a day. You will see a difference in your weight and your energy level. Lunch is a good place to start.

Adding leaner protein to your meals will help keep you feeling full longer. It can also help you not to overeat. Protein can come in many forms:

  • Low-fat yogurt
  • Beans
  • Nuts
  • Peanut butter
  • Eggs
  • Lean meats
