Have You been Exercising For Weeks With No Results?

If you have been exercising for weeks with no results don’t get discouraged, just do things differently. If your goal is to lose weight. Cut your portion sizes down. If your goal is to get toner. Increase the intensity of your workout. Whatever the goal, it is important to focus on your goal and not the weight-loss process. If you focus on the weight-loss process, you will fail.

Keep a positive attitude and keep finding new reasons to continue towards your goal. Don’t look for excuses not to. Keep your focus on the reason(s) you want to lose weight, and you will succeed.

Remember that it took years to get your body out of shape (if it was ever in shape), and so it will take time to whip it back into shape.
You can do it! Let’s get it done.

Small exercises are the things you can do while going through your day, watching TV, sitting at work, or sitting in your car.

Small exercises can include:

  • Seated calf raises
  • Seated thigh extensions
  • Grabbing the arms of your chair and tightening your biceps
  • Taking the stairs instead of the elevator
  • Doing my “Steering Wheel Workout
  • Do Chair Dips
  • There are many small exercises you can do throughout your day to burn calories, lose weight and get toner.
