8. Get in Step To Get Your Weight Down
A good idea may be to get a pedometer. The next step is to use it. A good strategy is to add more steps slowly until you hit 8,000-12,000 steps a day. If you want to lose weight you need to become more active throughout the day. Do things like:

  • Pace around while you talk on the phone.
  • Take your dog out for an extra walk
  • Walk in place watching TV.
  • Walk up and down the stairs as much as possible.
  • Wearing a pedometer helps keep your weight loss goal alive.

    Therefore, get in step to get your weight down.
