Afterward, develop a weight loss plan and solutions that will work for you. If you don’t know where to start, start out with small changes. They can have a big impact on your weight-loss success and are the easiest to do. Use that list as your to-do list and check off every habit that you break. Never go back to that old bad habit again by using that checkmark as your commitment.
