Want to lose weight? Try increasing your fiber intake. It is a good way to help attain you weight-loss goal.
Below are a few high-fiber foods that can help you in the weight-loss process.
Apples
This is my favorite. I ate a lot (and still do) of apples when I was in the weight-loss process.
Green Beans
I am not a green bean fan. However, they are high in fiber and vitamin C.
Sweet Potatoes
Sweet potatoes are high in fiber and packed with vitamin A. vitamin C, vitamin E, potassium, iron, magnesium, beta-carotene and more…
Raspberries
Raspberries are a good source of fiber. It also is a good source of vitamin C.
Strawberries
Strawberries are a good source of fiber and great source of vitamin C.
Chickpeas
Chickpeas are a great source fiber and a good source of vitamin B6.
Pumpkin
Pumpkin is a good source of fiber along with being a good source of vitamin C, E, potassium and a great source of vitamin A.
If you eat more fiber, you should start to see better weight-loss results.
