I’m Special That I Can’t Lose Weight

Yes, it’s possible but not likely that your situation is unique, that your circumstance is one-of-a-kind, and that it is impossible for you to lose weight.

It’s unlikely that your issue is so perfect that there’s nothing that can help you. It is possible, but it is unlikely. It is an excuse to give to your family and friends, why you don’t do anything about your weight. It is what you think is a way out from actually changing your current habits.

However, in the long run this excuse hurts everyone. It hurts you, because it will eventually affect your health. It hurts your family and friends because they have to watch you go through it.

Don’t be so special that you can’t lose weight. Be special that you succeed at losing weight and keep it off.

However, the first step is accepting that the problem isn’t that special and then figuring out what is needed to do it make weight loss happen so that we can become one of the special people that has weight loss success.

Change Your Weight Loss Results

People tell me all the time that they “can’t” lose weight. It is not a matter of “can’t” as it is “not willing” to lose weight. In other words, they are “not willing” to do what it takes to lose weight.

Weight loss is personal. No matter what anyone says you are the only one that can do it for yourself. It is all about you. You need to be the one that exercises regularly. You need to be the one that brings a healthy lunch to work. You need to be the one that only eats one reasonable helping of food. You need to be the one that eats healthy snacks. You need to be the one that says, “I’ve had enough.” You need to be the one that says, “No.” You need to be the one that keeps yourself on track. You need to be the one that monitors your weight daily. You are the one that needs to decide to start, no one else. It’s all about you. You “can” lose weight if you are “willing” to. Get the point. Let’s get started.
