Do you weight train and weight train and see little or no results? That is what happened to me, until I understood the second piece of the puzzle. The second piece of the puzzle is amino acids. One of the ways the body uses amino acids is to build muscle. If you are not getting enough amino acids, your body will not build muscle. Therefore, it is essential that you intake an adequate amount of food that contains amino acids if you want to build muscle.

The best source of amino acids is lean protein. Lean protein is great if you want to build muscle. There are also protein supplements and amino acid supplements available if you feel that you need them. An important thing to remember is not to overdue it. Remember, too much of anything is not good.

Therefore, if you want to build muscle, eat lean protein.

Always consult with your doctor before starting any weight loss, fitness, or nutritional program.
