Sleep To Lose Weight

To be efficient at burning fat, your body requires at least eight hours of sleep a night. Sleep gives your body time to rest, both mentally and physically. Your body has time to repair itself, which burns energy and calories. Your body is not put under as much stress when you are sleeping, and eliminating stress helps you to burn more calories. Additionally, if you are sleeping, you aren’t eating. So if you want to lose weight, sleep more.
