  • Make weight loss boring
  • Envy what others are eating and you are passing on
  • Give up your favorite foods
  • Find excuses not to exercise
  • Tell yourself you can’t do it
  • Spend more time on the sofa
  • Find yourself making the same mistakes over and over
  • Start to feel sorry for yourself
  • Start to not care
  • Slowly fade back to all your old bad habits
  • Find excuses way you can’t lose weight
  • Start to tell others those excuses.
  • Gain more weight
  • It continues to go down hill from here.
