How To Get Into an Exercise Routine – Track It – Part 4 of 5

As you go about your day spend a few minutes writing down (tracking) what you are doing, Also, track when you are doing it, and how long you are doing it. After a week of tracking your activity, sit down and review it for wasted time. Eliminate that time wasting activities replace them with exercise time.
