Weight Loss Warnings – Don’t Do It

Always consult your doctor before changing your food and exercise routine.

Do Not Starve Yourself
In the short run, reducing your calorie intake to unhealthily levels will slow metabolism and actually cause you to lose weight slower. I am not saying that you can’t lose weight fast. What I am saying is not to starve yourself and don’t skip meals.

Don’t Work A Single or Group of Muscles
When starting a weight lifting routine, do not focus on a single muscle or group. This will overbuild that muscle while under building others causing you to look disproportioned. Therefore, I recommend a balanced workout. A balanced workout strengthens all the joints and smaller muscles equally. Have a personal trainer teach you how to achieve balanced a workout.
